Roasted lobster of Christmas

Preparation
Plunge lobsters in slightly salted ebullient water and let cook 1 min.
Drain and let them warm.
Divide lobsters in two and withdraw the gravel pocket and the bowel.

Whip butter with the Cognac, salt and pepper.
