The company Homard des iles
Homard des Îles is a family company which exists since 1997. The Renaud
brothers specialize in the purchase, the storage and the distribution of alive
lobsters coming directly from the fishermen of the
Iles-de-la-Madeleine.
The company has basins on the quay of Harbour-Aubert where the lobsters
“are discharged” before being sent in cooled trucks in
the installations located at St-Eustache.
Homard des Îles in St-Eustache distributes to the trade of the great area of Montreal and the
surroundings. It is also possible to the private individuals to go get this
so required product for suppers between friends or of the receptions of greater
scale.
With the detail, we sell all the range of the seafood: alive
lobster, cooked lobster, scallop, shrimps of various sizes, Alaska crab, Snows crab, etc
